Having difficulty logging in?

If you are not prompted for User Name and Password.
The problem probably is related to the security settings of your Browser. Before you are allowed to login, we attempt to execute a simple Javascript program to check the compatibility of your browser. If the Javascript program is not able to execute, our server will not display the User Name and Password prompt.

The security settings vary depending on which browser you are using. For instance, if you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0, you can choose Tools - Internet Options, then select the Security tab.

You may want to adjust your default settings (which would apply to all internet sites), or add our website to your list of "Trusted sites".

WARNING: If you do not understand the potential implications of changing these settings, please request assistance from your technical support provider.

Repeated prompting for user name and password
If you are repeatedly prompted to enter a user name and password, then the problem may lie in your Web browser. If you enter an incorrect user name and/or password, our application returns an error message to notify you of the problem. However, if you do not receive an error message, check your Web browser cookie settings. For instance, Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 and higher users can check their Privacy settings for cookie enablement. Choose Tools - Internet Options, then select the Privacy tab.

Refer to your Web browser help for instructions on how to enable cookies.

Timeout
You may encounter a "Timeout" if you log into our website, then allow the website to be idle for longer than 30 minutes.

When you log into our server, we establish a "session" with your computer. The session helps us identify you as a visitor, and allows you to move around our website without having to log-in again to the different areas. You can leave our website and return without having to log in again, as long as the session is active. If you close your browser, or if you have no activity with our server for an extended period of time, the session will end and you will have to log in again.

Saving user names and passwords
Some of you have asked for the ability to save your user name and password so that the next time you return to our site, your credentials are stored locally on your client machine so you don't have to remember them each time you visit our site. This feature is enabled both through our application and through your Web browser. Our Sign In form is enabled to work with your Web browser to store your user name and password. The AutoComplete feature in Internet Explorer and the Password Manager feature in Mozilla let you save passwords. The following screen shows the AutoComplete Setting dialog box in Internet Explorer.
